More New Years stuff

Pre-party party.

After the main party we lit all our fountains on the side of the highway so people could drive by and see em. In the background you could hear these huge drums being played at some big party.

Also, I've never seen so many stars.

New Year's Fun

So we went to this crazy party to ring in the new years. It was in this huge warehouse that was all decorated balinese style and at midnight these acrobats dropped from the ceiling and did some arial silk acrobatics.

There was also people dressed up as all types of different icons or just new years themed. One guy kept yelling out the time really loud "IT'S 11:27!""IT'S 11:42!" . He had a tophat with a scrolling marquee that just said "Come On 2009". It was pretty great.

Maui, Hawaii Trip - Day 7

Hey guise check it out! It's all jungly.

So the water here was pretty cold but i managed to get my hot ass in it for a bit to cool off. I was sweating from head to toe. The rocks were really slippery and I dropped my lens cap in the water 2 times and then once off one of the rope bridges. It was still totally worth every second though.

So on day 7 I went to a place in the Waihe'e Valley called swinging bridges. It's known for its swinging bridges.

It's also really hot and wet here. haha. That's mostly cause I was there tho.

So I didn't do much on day 6 since it was rainy. Mainly I just got lost on purpose to drive through cool places and check stuff out. Found some woods. Got out and snapped a couple shots.
